Week One

Today marks the day of my first week of yoga! I am doing a 30 day challenge with About.com. I can feel myself become more flexible with each pose, and I feel more at home in my body. The most challenging pose I’ve done was the pigeon and downward dog. My muscles get stretched out nicely through those. The sun salutations are a nice workout as well.
This coming up week seems to be more challenging so I am going to use videos to help me. My goal is to do yoga every morning, so I really have to wake up early!
