Whenever I finish my yoga session in Savasana, I picture myself in an amazing castle with a blue dragon soaring above it. The castle has no windows and its a dull gray, however, when I am nearing the end of my relaxing/cool down I get a closer look. I see a hole that keeps getting bigger each day I practice yoga. The hole is big enough now where I can see myself sitting on the floor with my eyes closed, but sometimes I am standing.
I look empty but somehow, with each day the hole grows, my complexion becomes brighter and I feel myself becoming myself again.
This is why I love yoga.
I feel better each time I do it, and I feel like I am becoming the person I want to be.
